Training courses conditions

Registration/realisation

Seminar registration is made via our homepage and is confirmed by e-mail. Our scheduled seminars are listed up-to-date on the SQS homepage. As a rule, our seminars are held as face-to-face events. A large part of our seminar program is also available as a «SQS Live Webinar». SQS reserves the right to change planned face-to-face events to «SQS Live Webinars» at short notice.

Deregistration

Deregistration from a seminar must be made in writing to the training secretariat. Deregistration by the client is free of charge if it is received up to eleven working days before the start of the seminar. In the event of a later deregistration, the following cancellation fees (as a percentage of the price) will be charged:

• 10 to 5 working days before the start of the seminar: 50%.
• Less than 5 working days before the start of the seminar: 100%.

The above-mentioned fees are waived if a substitute participant is named or a medical certificate is presented.

Cancellation of a training course

If SQS cancels a training course, clients will be notified personally. There is no entitlement to compensation. If a seminar cannot be held, SQS will try to offer the clients a new date, if possible.
