Rent our training and meeting rooms

SQS premises are suitable as well for private or for business meetings.

The rooms for meetings and seminars are suitable for up to 16 people.
The «Auditorium» offers a maximum space of up to 92 people, depending on the seating.
Catering in our cafeteria (self-service).
All our meeting rooms are handicapped accesible, with exeption of meeting rooms H41 and H42.
Parking places are available on the 2nd basement – daily rate CHF 10.00 or half-day rate CHF 5.00.

Cancellation must be notified to the training secretariat  in writing.

In case of a cancellation, the following terms and conditions apply, invoiced on a percentage basis according to the signed contract:

  • until 15 days before rental start:

  • 14 until 7 days before rental start:
    50 %
     
  • 6 until 2 days before rental start:
    80 %
     
  • Less than 2 days before rental start:
    100 %
