The Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS), based in Zollikofen BE, is the leading certification body in Switzerland - and one of the first in the world. As a Not-for-Profitorganisation, we have been auditing, assessing and certifying organisations and companies in numerous industry sectors since 1983. Today, SQS operates internationally and has over 184 permanent employees in Switzerland, France and Italy as well as over 290 freelance auditors worldwide.
You take on the responsible task of auditing companies and recommending them for certification.
This is your area of responsibility

Planning and conducting audits in your industry sector according to relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Supporting and advising our customers regarding the certification of their management systems

Preparation of audit reports and certification recommendations

Participation in internal training courses and workshops
This is what you need to bring
-
Completed studies or equivalent education in a relevant subject area

Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management or in a comparable position
-
Profound knowledge of current management system standards or industry standards

Certification as auditor is an advantage
-
Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working

Outstanding communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage

High willingness to travel within Switzerland
