Incentive

QuaTheDA is a quality project run by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH/BAG) for addict support, addiction prevention and health promotion which seeks to inspire confidence in the capacity of organisations to provide quality services. The SQS has many years of experience and expertise in the certification of addict support, addiction prevention and health promotion services. It is a leading evaluation and certification organisation for quality systems and management systems and this guarantees the prestige and acceptance of the QuaTheDA certificate.

Outcome

QuaTheDA forms the basis for the continual improvement of the service. The QuaTheDA certificate may be a requirement for concluding a service level agreement with a specific canton.

Addict support, addiction prevention and health promotion organisations.

Validity

3 years - there is an annual audit to ensure that standards are being maintained and a recertification audit every 3 years.

Recognition

The SQS QuaTheDA certificate has national recognition.

QuaTheDA:2020 can be combined with ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management), SODK OST+, IN-Qualis, NPO:2020 as well as with other standards.
