The verification process is deliberately designed user-friendly:
#1 – Fill out online questionnaire: Answer 90 questions on the platform based on your existing company data. This step can usually be completed in a few hours.
#2 – Document review: The data entered is checked against the documents and records supplied.
#3 – On-site verification process: Your data is then checked by SQS in a two-stage verification process, which includes both a plausibility check and verification in your company.
#4 – Receipt of the esg2go label and the assurance statement: After successful verification, you will receive the esg2go label, which confirms the accuracy of the reported data. This label is valid indefinitely for the verified period and can be used in your communication.
